Pacific Discovery Protector (PDP) is a close cousin to PDX, PacLife's blockbuster accumulation product, but the bloodlines only run so deep. Although PDP shares many of the same elements from PDX, it does so in an even more complex and indecipherable package.  The Performance Factor still has MX and QX, but MX is now a moving target based on funding patterns and QX shape-shifts depending on the issue age of the client.
